I typically wear an x-large and sometimes large, however, when i ordered the large i noticed it was still too big on me so i had to return for a medium. And i never wear mediums considering i'm a little on the chubby side (5'10", 197lbs) so i would recommend ordering a size smaller than what you normally wear. Great shirt though.The shirt is very soft and comfortable. I bought it for biking around the area on roads so I would be more visible. Even after 4hour rides it was comfortable and cool.One down side it has a horrible chemical smell that doesn’t go away until you wash it 5-6 times. First couple times it have me horrible asthma attacks even though I washed it before using it. If you have respiratory issues just wash it a bunch first.Ordered XL, a bit larger than expected. Will order a large next time.Good for workoutsI like the cool material, perfect for summer wear in hot weather.I received my first 2 pack order and it included one men's and one women's shirt although the description online said "Mens 2 pack". I figured it was a mistake and since the quality and look was great, I decided to try again. Unfortunately, same thing happened again. Seller should change the product description or figure out a way to ensure men receive two men's shirts as expected. Seller was very attentive and corrected the problem immediately. I recommend these shirts for anyone performing athletics. Sizes run large so order 1 or 2 sizes down depending how tight you desire the fit. I got XL but will try a Large next time.Just know that it runs kinda large.It's orange and very large, even for a size Large.
