After only a month these boots started falling apart. The metal used for lacing are weak and break off, and now I am using zip ties to thread my laces through. The interior of the boots have work and torn open quickly, and I've always got debris particles stabbing my in the feet. Other than being light, the boots are not much more confortable than any other standard boot. The only thing that sets it apart that I need is the lack of a heel. Extrememly disapointed considdering the cost for these boots.The rim around the top caused pain. Took a knife and trimmed it down. Leather is of questionable quality. Probably would not buy again.Quite loose around the ankle. Constructed very well, however, and light weight for a usually difficult to find larger (and heavier!) shoe size.They were a gift, as far as I know the recipient is very happy with them.I needed a good looking boot I could wear to work , that could handle rain and snow.These boots have been great !NO PADDING AT ALL...Work yes fit goog happy.No toe room. Surely not a diabetic boot, as advertised
